As a first-time patient, I can honestly say my experience was a 10/10—and I work in healthcare, so I don't give that rating lightly! Even though I accidentally mixed up my appointment time and arrived very late, the team was incredibly accommodating, patient, and kind. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. Communication was excellent, and the office itself was bright, clean, and inviting. Dr. Buchanan was absolutely chef's kiss! He took the time to explain everything clearly, was completely transparent about my treatment plan, and even discussed the expected costs upfront. I truly appreciated how informative and honest he was. The dental assistant who took my X-rays and cleaned my teeth was such a sweetheart! She was gentle, thorough, and did an amazing job. My teeth have never felt so clean. I also want to mention how much I appreciated having a dentist of color. Representation matters, and it simply made me feel more comfortable and at ease. I'm so happy I found this dental office and will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends. My family will be coming here as well. Appreciate the patience and care here. Dr Buchanan is detail oriented, thoughtful, and takes the time to answer questions and walk through what to expect. I also appreciate the comfort the atmosphere of the office gives. I had an onlay done recently and it looks to be well done.

Today was my first time going to see Dr. B at Queens Modern Dental Suite. He was referred to me by my daughter who is a patient of his. I was very pleased with my visit. The staff and Dr. B were awesome. He took the time to give me a thorough examination and afterwards explained in layman's term every thing that he found and what was his plan to fix the problems that existed. I'm very glad I went there and I'm looking forward to a long dental relationship with them. I would highly recommend that if anyone is in need of a good dental experience with a great dentist, come see Dr. B at Queens Mordern Dental Suite in Queens Village, NY! You won't regret it!! Thanks to my daughter, Keisha, for the referral!❤️

I love how this staff catered to my 10 year old and how the doctor was amazing and actually gave me some great tips on helping my baby girl with keeping teeth stronger, cleaner as well as how to floss. I would recommend everyone come check out this dental office and experience great care and get more knowledge on your teeth. You’ll love the staff and doctors .. everyone greats you with so much care!
